Northwest Disassembles Tower Crane Near Oklahoma State Capital
Team members James Jones, Brandon Hursh & Joseph Parsons rigged up Northwest’s Liebherr LTM 1400-7.1 All Terrain Crane in Oklahoma City, OK to disassemble a tower crane near the Oklahoma State Capital building. Northwest project engineers designed a crane configuration for the job requiring the LTM 1400-7.1 to be rigged up with 308,000lbs counter weight, super lift attachment and 230ft. of luffing jib. The critical lift was made at a 220ft. radius with a max tip height of 245ft. and weighed 22,500lbs.
