Northwest’s Liebherr LTM1750-9.1 completes first two projects in North America

The first LTM 1750-9.1 delivered to North America completed its first two projects with ease. Both were Wind Turbine Maintenance projects, one located near Hunter, OK and another located near Spearville, KS. Northwest crewmen worked through extreme adverse weather conditions of 9 degree temperatures and heavy snow fall to get the crane rigged up and the project completed on schedule during the Spearville, KS project.

The efficient design of the Liebherr LTM 1750-9.1 allows for a decreased rig up and rig down time reducing turbine down time and project cost. The maneuverability and ability to travel with ancillary crane attachments installed reduces onsite mobilization time turbine to turbine and reduce location reclaiming costs.

Northwest’s LTM 1750-9.1 crane is ideal for the Wind Turbine maintenance industry. Please view our equipment page to see the LTM 1750-9.1’s detailed list of impressive capabilities.
